Teacher Training:
"I have known Alice Tierney for six years as my singing teacher, leader of the Resonance Choir and workshop leader of sound and voice workshops. In all these roles I have experienced her as someone who is in no way 'run-of-the-mill'. She is an extraordinarily gifted musician and teacher who combines rigorous technique with unique qualities of sensory perception and her intuition to enable people to discover and develop, often to a very high standard, vocal abilities that they never know they had. My recommendation comes from my perspective as an academic, teacher, dramatherapist and performer who has benefited enormously both personally and professionally from my work with Alice Tierney"

"My main experience of the course and the practice of the exercises has
been a feeling of integration between the many parts of my internal
makeup and also between these inner parts and the outer world. I
experience a sense of being more in touch with and connected to my true
nature and of being more present in the everyday world; Also I feel a
real sense of being part of a much larger whole which is gradually
unfolding.
The exercises we do are directed to parts of the body. Each of these
body parts has a meaning apart from its physical function. I feel that
the practice of the exercises is bringing together, in a more
coordinated way, the qualities and functions represented by these
parts. Although life’s problems do not go away, I am viewing them from
a different, higher perspective and the result is that I am able to
more effectively fulfil my life's purpose."

"Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful evening, your energy and joie de vivre remains with me fondly. Shame we did not have a longer session."

"A highly intelligent woman with a marvelous gift for working with people with sensitivity, humour and great personal warmth. In my opinion it is time that her work is available to a much wider public. I very much hope that this will become possible as she has a very serious contribution to make to the worlds of music, healing and personal development."
